Urgent Board Motion

On 11/18/2024 It came to the attention of the board that our CD was due for renewal by 11/30/2024, before our next board meeting. Because of this, an urgent motion was put before the board to make a decision about renewal, alternate investment, or cashing out the CD. A majority of the board voted to renew the CD at current interest rates.
