What is your favorite club ride?
My favorite club ride is definitely The FULL Monster Cookie. I had a great time riding it. It felt good to ride that long and meet others on small breaks, but I can’t socialize long. I got places to go!
What is your favorite out-of-town ride?
I like going to Mt. Angel because I love that town. I love stopping for coffee at Chic Skape.
Do you prefer going uphill or downhill?
I prefer downhill. I like the feeling of going fast downhill.
What's the best part about being in the club?
The best part of being a member of Salem Bicycle Club is meeting great people to ride with and finding adventures along the way with these same people!
Why do you love riding your bike?
I love to ride my bike because I feel free and connected to nature. It’s so breathtaking to ride in the country, it feels good to be in a group of cyclists riding through town, and when I’m on the bike, I feel carefree. The best part about cycling is it’s not like driving where we are confined to a small space. Cycling is more amazing with the open spaces, fresh air, and body moving.
