The Monster Cookie Metric Century Route is subject to change. Each year portions of the Monster Cookie Metric Century and the Half Century may be temporarily closed due to extreme circumstances such as flooding, wildfires, and more mundane matters such as road construction and county permit availability. We do our best to keep you informed of these situations, however, they can change on a daily basis.
Registration fees associated with Monster Cookie are non-refundable (unless the ride is canceled by SBC) and non-transferable.
About this event
For the last 49 years, as the first large event ride of the biking season, the Monster Cookie has had the special privilege of helping riders kick off their spring biking season. Set in the heart of the Willamette Valley, be prepared to enjoy views of 4 Cascade peaks (on clear days), a memorable optional ride up to the iconic Mt Angel Abbey, mouth warming pie and coffee at our own Willamette Valley Pie Company, and so much more.
There are 3 rides to choose from, the metric Century, the half cookie, and the mini-cookie. Optional sack lunches are available (pre-orders online only). It's a wonderful way to spend the day.
